Our Process.

After you launch your request for a notary near you, you will receive an email confirmation of the scheduled appointment. The assigned signing agent will contact you to walk through a preflight checklist and contact your client(s) to confirm and/or setup an appointment at the location of their choice. The signing agent will then prepare, sign and seal the documents. Upon completion, the signing agent will scan (if applicable), package and deliver the fully executed documents to the previously agreed upon location.
